Replacement of an enduring favourite
Replacement for a pair I bought in November 2018. Got to be the longest lasting slippers I ever heard of. After one set of replacement soles it was time to finally replace the originals. Comfy and definitely long lasting. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service
I accidentally ordered the wrong size by going back a page, I messaged them straight away to see if the order could be amended at all. I got an email back the following morning from a lovely lady at customer service called Vicki, the order had already been processed but she straight away sent out a new pair in the correct size with a return label for me to return the incorrect pair. Both pairs arrived the following day and the incorrect pair returned the same day. Excellent customer service especially at such a busy time of year.
