I bought a pair of Orange Hibiscus thongs, & when they arrived I noticed that the colours in the inner sole looked faded & were not as vibrant as in the advertisement. I gave a negative review because of this.
Customer service reached out to me & sent me a
replacement pair, which were much better.
I find them comfortable to wear, & while a bit on the expensive side, because of the customer service response, I'll definitely buy again. (I'd love to see some slides or thongs in mostly white).
